Abstract

Maternity in adolescence has an implication in the construction of the identity of the adolescent, both in terms of personal identity and statutory. This article intends to account for the identity that is constructed and / or adjusted, according to the hierarchy of the identity chosen by the mother during adolescence, but also in terms of the external look that allows the validation of her identity as a mother or adolescent, or a mix of the two. Accordingly, the prioritization of one or another identity is equivalent to a way of living different parenting styles. In the same way, the image that is returned to the mother during adolescence from abroad will influence the construction of her identity.
