Abstract

The importance of legistics for the preparation and implementation of legislation has been recognised in various countries and by various organisations. Among the many areas of legistics, legislative drafting (formal logistics) essentially focuses on the rules of legislative drafting. In this context, the Common Rules of Legislation in the Lusophone States and Regions research project was developed.
