Conflicts (between rights) in environmental contexts

Abstract

In my opinion, when dealing with the issue of legal conflicts – and specifically with the problem of conflicts between rights – it is important to distinguish the subjects involved in a conflict from the objects to which the conflict refers, as well as to distinguish an intra-systemic from an extra-systemic point of view. In this paper, I made an approach following these very same distinctions, with the aim of analyzing the conflicts (between rights) that occur in environmental contexts.
