Abstract
Methods of dispute resolution in the field of sport have been gaining increasing social significance, a trend to which the commencement of operations by the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) in October 2015 has contributed significantly. Indeed, the decisions issued by the TAD and the scrutiny of these decisions on appeal by the higher administrative courts have led to the development of concepts and institutions within the legal framework of sport to an extent never seen before.
