Abstract

The reflection on the solutions to be considered in the new Healthcare Basic Law, considering the current health challenges, is the object of this work. The primary concern is to identify which instruments can, through their provision in basic law, contribute to realizing the right to protection in health as a human right and as a fundamental right.
