Abstract

This text focuses on two areas where the attempt to link forest legislation with spatial planning legislation is most evident attending the latest legislative changes: in relation to land classification for spatial planning purposes and for the effects of forest fire protection and in relation to the articulation between the territorial planning instruments and the municipal forest fire protection plans.
