Brief notes on the special regimes for interim relief in the revised Code of Procedure for Administrative Courts

Abstract

The present article purports to analyse the special frameworks of preventive injunctions present on the revised Procedural Code of the Administrative Courts, from the automatic provisory suspension of the administrative act’s regime, to the preliminary injunction’s special framework concerning regulations and public procurement procedures, also focusing on the provisory granting of preliminary injunctions: not only in what regards amendments introduced by the Decree-Law nr. 214-G/2015, but also in what concerns the aspects in which the legislator, in our view, could have gone further in its intervention.
