Open Acess Policy
Open Access Statement:
e-Publica is an Open Access journal. All content is freely available without charge to the user or their institution. Users are allowed to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of the articles, or use them for any other lawful purpose, without asking prior permission from the publisher or the author.
e-Publica uses a Creative Commons licence for its articles (CC-BY 4.0 Attribution). This allows for immediate free access to the work and permits any user to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of articles, crawl them for indexing, pass them as data to software, or use them for any other lawful purpose.
The CC-BY 4.0 license enables readers to distribute, quote, and build upon the material as long as they give appropriate credit to the original creator. This license enables maximum dissemination and use of the licensed material while still ensuring proper attribution to the original author and is compliant with Plan-S.
Authors retain their copyrights, along with the freedom to use their research data without restriction. They are entitled to proper attribution for their published work and can reuse their material in new works with acknowledgment. This includes extending an article to book length, incorporating it into subsequent compilations, and reusing portions, excerpts, figures, or tables in other works without permission or payment. Authors can also use and share their works for scholarly purposes, such as in classroom teaching, conference presentations, distribution to students and colleagues, sharing via Share Links, inclusion in theses or dissertations, and private sharing. They are permitted to publicly share the final published article. Authors are permitted to deposit any version of their work in a repository.
The full text of all content is available for free and with open access without delay. There is no embargo period and no requirement for users to register to read content.
