Abstract

This article focuses on the role of knowledge based on scientific research in developing citizens’ awareness and involvement. By addressing a brief history of the consolidation of psychology of justice and some of its theoretical framework, specifically about the judicial decision-making, we intend to discuss the perniciousness of a distorted and disinvested (or wrongly invested) perspective of citizens towards justice.
