Is school’s collective efficacy a potential for enhancing the values related to citizenship? Starting from the analysis of the discourses of 86 educational agents (students, teachers, general and directive staff), collected in interviews about school’s collective efficacy, its characteristics and expression, we propose a challenge: that the inculcation of citizenship values must be based upon the interdependence and interaction between the individual and the collective, where all are simultaneously authors and actors of their “own citizenship”.Downloads
