La compression espace-temps et la mondialisation; une perspective anthropologique
Abstract
The world is constantly changing and one’s world view is always trying to fit its transformations. Successive generations of anthropologists were trained to study relatively stable societies well circumscribed in terms of both space and time. However, it has become clear that their research methods may profitably apply to the comprehension ofmore recent phenomena. Thus, an attempt is made here to interpret social and cultural change as a dynamic process providing continuity to prior cultural traits.Downloads
