Abstract

Basing the migratory movements in a double conjuncture: nations that acquire economic growth and social well-being import cheap hand-work, and nations where the poverty empires are obligated to search for work outside their country, the author states that the importance of actual migrations resides on the important part that they carry in the modern social transformations when they grow congruencies and incongruencies such as social inclusion and exclusion, traffic nets that operate in the global migration market, contradiction between wealthy and poverty, incompatibilities between global and local, symmetries between economy and environment, disagreements between modernity and post-modernity, ambivalence between national citizens and global citizens.
