Abstract

This article investigates the importance of culture in global management, with a focus on the US, Japan and Europe. 
The analysis, which draws on various surveys, demonstrates that global managers who are concerned with their 
organization performance must seriously consider cultural components. In addition, the author argues that even undersome global tendencies, national culture still remains a critical factor that shapes company’s management.
