Futebol como um ritual
Abstract
This paper presents a reflection on the possibility of looking into football as a ritual. A theoretical and detailed analysis on the issues related to ritual is not intended here. In order to achieve the stated purpose of this paper the authors consider three basic conceptions of what can be perceived as a ritual using them as important reference points in the analysis of the possibility of looking into football as a present day ritual. This last problem area is broadly discussed at the end of the paper.Downloads
