Museus e instituição universitária: um exemplo de cooperação
Abstract
In this text the author presents some of the most relevant aspects on what concerns museums and education. The analysis of that relation is made in a diachronic manner. The relationship between museum and universities is also under analysis and it focus the contributions of both institutions to the formation of museums’ professionals. Finally, the author presents a project held at the Universidade Fernando Pessoa, which is intended to connect students (who have in their curricula museum studies) with the “real world” of working in a museum. The University has some protocols with museums where students can perform small curricular projects or work as volunteers for a period of some months. This contact with the real world of the museums allows professional experience and enables further professional contacts.Downloads
