Refurbishment of the Look at Housing Issues: Generative Relational Territories

Abstract

From the confrontation between opposites in the reading of housing issues, this text presents Housing as a generational relational territory, proposing a refocusing of the look and a reading of the implications of a new geometry of looking at the habitat and the definition of its quality in the debate about the power(s), policy(s) and change(s). This refocusing strategy proposes a shift from an object approach to a generative relational processes approach, and an approach centered on oppositions and distances, to an approach that contributes to the understanding and interpretation of social action systems, proximities and relative positions that are at stake in the relational cohabitations between factors of order and disorder, expressed in addition to their rationalizable goals.
