Abstract

This article begins with a presentation of the main strategic lines outlined for the continuation of the PER in Cascais and of the process that sustained its formulation. Next, we describe the details of learning and development of autonomies and powers that their pursuit implied that will be the object of presentation and analysis in the framework of promoting sustainable development of quality and citizenship. A few technical-methodological aspects, across these two parts, will be detailed, supporting the formulation and consolidation of the new know-how inherent to this learning.
