Abstract

This article presents the general outline of the evaluation model proposed by the Management of the EQUAL Programme for Development Partnerships (DPs) implementing pilot projects to combat discrimination in the labour market financed by the programme, and presents a reflection on the experience of operationalization of the evaluationdevices  of the projects and highlighting the main merits and difficulties of the solutions built by the DPs and the potentialities of the proposed model.
