Social Theories and Law
Keywords:
social theory, law, interdisciplinarity, positivism, sociology of instabilityAbstract
In a controversy with Pierre Guibentif, we seek to show the difference between using sociology in the field of law and allying sociology with law, from the point of view of the future of sociology. The conclusions of the above-mentioned author are used to present and defend the perspectives opened by the sociology of instability in order to further clarify the scientific scope of sociology and thus to clarify the opportunities for interdisciplinary work with the dogmatic sciences. We stand by the ideological perspective of revaluing the equality and the subject bearer of rights as the most interested and adequate to this epistemological strategy.
