The methodology employed included a document analysis and interviews to identify the main capabilities, gaps and challenges in Air Defence. Among the main challenges are cooperation and interoperability, especially with the Russia-Ukraine and Israel-Palestine conflicts. The evolution of air threats, such as hypersonic missiles, underlines the need to improve the capabilities of the Anti-Aircraft Artillery, to integrate with the North Atlantic Treaty Organization Integrated Air and Missile Defence System and the National Air Defence System.
