Resumo

Lupinus albescens é uma espécie freqüente nos locais de arenização no Rio Grande do Sul (RS), com alta rusticidade e rápida cobertura vegetal, mostrando potencialidades para recomposição de áreas degradadas. O objetivo foi avaliar a emergência e o desenvolvimento de L. albescens, com e sem aplicação de adubação mineral consorciada com Butia lallemantii. As sementes foram coletadas em três populações e submetidas à escarificação por 40 segundos. A semeadura foi feita entre nove fileiras (2 x 1 m) de B. lallemantii aplicando-se 0 e 30 g/cova do fertilizante mineral NPK (5-20-20). As avaliações foram: número de plantas por cova (NPC), altura (cm) e diâmetro do caule (mm), nos períodos de 30 e 60 dias, assim como a porcentagem de emergência de plantas/m2 (PEP) e o total emergência de plantas (TEP) ao longo de 240 dias, utilizando delineamento em blocos casualizados. Os resultados mostraram considerável PEP e altura aos 30 dias para as plantas do bloco 2. A dose de 0g/cova do fertilizante NPK proporcionou maior NPH. Portanto, a semeadura de L. albescens consorciada com B. lallemantii apresentou maior PEP, NPC sem o uso de adubação (30 dias) e maior altura das plantas entre as plântulas de diâmetro do estipe médio.

Luciana Pinto Paim, MSc., PhD student at Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul

Agrarian Engineer graduated from the Federal University of Pampa (UNIPAMPA-Itaqui). Master in Phytotechnology at the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (UFRGS). Currently, PhD student in the Phytotechnical Postgraduate Program of the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (UFRGS) - area of concentration: Genetic Resources, Biotechnology and Plant Breeding. The focus of the studies has been on the conservation, propagation and management of native species of the Pampa Biome, aiming at its exploitation for various purposes, be of economic and environmental importance in the recovery of degraded areas.

Eduarda Demari Avrella, MSc., PhD student at Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul

He has a specialization in Planning and Environmental Management by the University Center UNIVATES and in Vegetable Tissue Culture by the Federal University of Lavras (UFLA). She is currently a professor and researcher of the Postgraduate Programs in Sustainable Environmental Systems (PPGSAS) and Biotechnology (PPGBiotec) at the University of Vale do Taquari - Univates, working on the following topics: Ecology of forest and grassland communities, Invasive plant species, Bioprospecting of native plant species, especially food potential, phytotherapic and allelopathic, and seedling production through germination and vegetative propagation studies.

Marília Lazarotto, Phd., Teacher at Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul

Graduated in Forestry Engineering from the Federal University of Santa Maria - UFSM, Master in Forestry Engineering (Capes Fellow), UFSM, in Forestry - Phytopathology, Doctor of Forest Engineering (Capes Scholarship), UFSM, in the area of Forestry - Forest Phytopathology. Teaching Experience in Higher Education (Forestry Engineering course) and Technical Education. She has worked as a postdoctoral fellow at the Federal University of Pelotas - UFPel and is currently Adjunct Professor in the Department of Horticulture and Forestry - Faculty of Agronomy - UFRGS, working in the areas of seeds and seedling production, recovery of degraded areas and forest pathology.

Claudimar Sidnei Fior, Phd., Teacher at Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul

He holds a degree in Agronomy and a PhD in Plant Science from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul. He is currently an adjunct professor in the Department of Horticulture and Forestry and the Postgraduate Program in Plant Science at the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul. Phytotechnology and Forest Resources, with emphasis on micropropagation, plant substrate, forest seeds and seed physiology.
