Abstract

One experiment was developed during the period from March to May of 2008 in a canvassed shelter to evaluate the effects of saline water and bovine biofertilizer on seedling formation of rangpur lemon. The substrate used was composed by soil at 20 cm depth of a non saline yellow distrofic Oxisoil, with treatments distributed in a factorial arrangement 5 x 2 with six repetitions, referring to water electrical conductivity (0.5, 1.0, 2.0, 3.0 e 4.0 dS.m-1) obtained by dilution of saline water (14.3 dS.m-1) with non saline water (0.5 dS.m-1) in soil with and without biofertilizer diluted in water 1:1 proportion applied in 10% of substrate volume, one day before sowing. According to results, it was observed a superiority of data from treatments with biofertilizer in relation to those without this product.
