This work shows the main keys for access to employment and some alternatives for this concerning to unemployed people older than 45 years, provided by experts on training and employment. The study is tackled through a discourse analysis of interviews to experts. The results stand out the orientation and qualification between the recommendations for access to employment; and entrepreneurship, submerged economy and mentoring between the employment alternatives. The conclusions value the great possibilities and the human capital that these people can provide, especially in processes of intergenerational learning and mentoring.Downloads
