RESUMO
O objetivo deste trabalho é investigar a relação existente entre a falta de qualidade de vida no trabalho (QVT) e as reclamações trabalhistas. A pesquisa visa esclarecer de que forma a falta de QVT influência nos pedidos de indenização trabalhista. Os principais resultados mostram que devido à falta de qualidade de vida no trabalho, a empresa não oferece uma boa condição de trabalho, sem suporte apropriado aos colaboradores, levando-os ao descontentamento e frustração, diminuindo a produtividade e motivação; tal situação percebe diretamente num impacto significativo nos índices de turnover e absenteísmo; que posteriormente é finalizado em ações trabalhistas. O trabalho justifica – se, já que se trata de estudo de caso sobre a qualidade de vida no trabalho que está diretamente relacionada ao grau de satisfação dos colaboradores em suas atividades. Neste estudo de caso, serão apresentados dados e quadros que visam orientar o leitor quanto às questões sobre qualidade de vida dos trabalhadores em uma empresa automotiva.
ABSTRACT
The objective of this study is to investigate the relationship between the lack of quality of work life (QWL) and labor claims. Therefore, we proposed the following specific objectives: Analyze, describe the reasons why there was considerable increase rate of turnover, the factors that influence the performance of the employee because of excessive overtime hours, the reasons of absenteeism escalate; investigate their causes and consequences. This paper aims to clarify how the lack of influence QWL requests to workers' compensation. Due to the lack of quality of work life, the company does not offer a good working condition, without proper support. Taking it to the discontent and frustration, decreasing productivity and motivation This situation directly realizes a significant impact in the turnover rate and absenteeism which later finalized in labor lawsuit. The work is justified - since it comes from a case study about the quality of work life that is directly related to the degree of satisfaction of employees in their activities. In this case study, it will be presented data and frameworks which aims to guide the reader related to the questions about the quality of life of workers in an automotive company.
