The portuguese reality about comfort in fitness. What to change?

This study analyses the acoustic and thermic problems that Fitness facilities present in Portugal. Ninety-four rooms in thirty different facilities in Portugal were tested, where it was measured the values for the relative humidity, temperature, and sound levels. The values found indicate the inadequacy of many facilities regarding the acoustics and the thermic. Many of the measured values indicate health risks for the users and professors with up to 100 dB(A) found within their environments.
