Abstract

With an analogy of the post-modern artistic world proposed by Arthur Danto as its starting point, the article reconsiders the role of narrative history in the current context of the subject. This has been characterised by many historiographic genres. The article then addresses the problem of knowing which kind or kinds of historic truth the narrative conveys.
