La culture gaziere. L'identité professionelle des gaziers dans une grande entreprise publique
Abstract
Cet article se réfere à des études menées pour la direction d'EDF-GDF Services (DEGS-Paris), sur le "malaise des gaziers" auprès de 50 personnes et sur 10 régions du territoire français. Il s'agissait alors de porter un regard extérieur sur le métier de gazier dans le cadre des réformes menées au sein d'EDF-GDF dans la première moitié des années 1990, sur les services mixtes de la distribution gaz et électricité La transformation institutionnelle, par les remises en question induites au sein du groupe professionnel, s'est avérée un "révélateur" privilégié de l'identité gazière et de son lien social.
