Abstract

The article is centred in an analysis of some changes in the Constitution of the domain of “risk society”. On one hand, in a time marked by science and technology one can witness the possibility of the creation of a Constitution, which consequences in space and time are unknown. On the other hand, taking as a starting point the eventuality of a break up between State and Constitution, the author points out the emergence of new Constitutional parameters, namely those for a world Constitution, on a time when Humanity common good must be taken seriously.
