Chronobiology is the scientific study of biological rhythms and has contributed to the development of more effective pharmacotherapies in disorders with changes at the level of circadian rhythms. Cardiovascular disease and depression are examples of diseases that show a set of changes in the functioning of biological rhythms, with interdependent genetic vulnerability to stress and the environment. The psychosomatic relaxation as a therapeutic medium, aims to fill gaps in the temporal structuring of individuals, favoring psychotherapeutic intake in that it enables the expression of inner conflicts and awareness of the expression of the same emphasis.Downloads
