The Ending of Groupanalytic Therapy

The authors reflect about the final phase and the ending of the group analytical treatment. The discussion of the cure concept on the psychotherapeutical field is the starting point of the paper and some criteria of termination are mentioned. Common aspects of this period of treatment are mentioned, namely the transference of the patient and the group. The ending of groupanalysis from the point of view of the analyst’s emotional experience is also discussed.
