Résumé

The article consists on a diachronic computational analysis of the European discourse of the Portuguese Communist Party. It demonstrates how the process of discoursive articulation has allowed the party to define its political positioning throughout time, particularly in the competitive context initiated in Portugal after the 1974 revolution.
