Perspetivas tecnológicas para o turismo pós-pandemia

Resumen

Las TIC están muy presentes en el proceso empresarial del turismo, concretamente en los restaurantes que utilizan tecnologías móviles de cocina inteligente, WIFI para los clientes, tabletas para plataformas de puntos de servicio, estaciones de carga de teléfonos móviles, pantallas digitales, dispositivos de mesa o sistemas de música, sistemas para reservas gestión de listas de espera, finanzas, marketing, gestión de personal, gestión de entregas, diseño de menús, gestión de residuos alimentarios, gestión energética, sitios web de restaurantes, gestión de inventarios, sistemas de pedidos, programas de recompensa y fidelización de clientes, así como pago a través de dispositivos móviles (CB Insight, 2017). Son varias las aplicaciones asociadas al sector turístico que se pueden encontrar, es decir, las TIC facilitan y de qué manera las tareas empresariales turísticas.
