Driving innovation through collaboration

In today's world, innovation has increasingly been considered as a necessary competence in the context of rapid change and high levels of uncertainty, in which organizations need to expand their ability to find new routes to growth and new ways of generating value. In this sense, innovating has become a condition for business survival, as it triggers transformation initiatives that will contribute to the organisation fulfilling its purpose. In other words, it is necessary to understand that innovation is not an end, but a means, a path for the company to achieve its goals and continue delivering value to its customers, becoming a perennial organisation.
