Abstract

Our industry is going through the biggest global crisis of the modern era, the multiplier effect of tourism is working in negative, without tourism expenditure the impacts on the economy are reducing value creation to a minimum, generating job losses, business failures and a host of direct and indirect effects that remind us of the fragility of the sector.
