The digital world involves both men and women: we all pay bills online, we all contact family and friends online, we all study online, we all develop professional activities online, even if it's just the simple access to e-mail.
So much talked and discussed lately, namely in the pandemic context we are experiencing, digital transformation presents a wide range of opportunities at various levels, and the Tourism sector is one of those that can benefit most from it.
Quoting a news item on the official website of the Government of Portugal regarding the High Level Conference on Digital Education in May 2021, the Minister of Education, Tiago Brandão, mentions in detail the relevance of an inclusive education, stressing: "If there is a social deficit, digital education must contribute to overcome it. If there are more men than women involved in this sector, it should seek to make that gender gap so belonging to the past
