Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • The contribution is original and unpublished and is not under review or for publication by another journal. Otherwise, it must be justified in "Comments to the Editor".
  • Files for submission are in Microsoft Word, OpenOffice or RTF format (as long as they do not exceed 2MB), and in accordance with Template 1, available at “Instructions for Authors” section.
  • URLs for references have been provided where available.
  • The submitted manuscript does not contain the authors' names or affiliations, nor any information that may allow identification of the authors, including file properties.
  • The text follows the style standards and bibliographic requirements described in Instructions for Authors, in the Submission section.
  • When using humans or animals, it is mandatory to indicate approval by the Ethics Committee.

Author Guidelines

Authors must submit their work according to the templates provided below. In the version submitted for review, the names of the authors or their affiliations should not be added. Any information that may allow the identification of the authors, including the properties of the file, should be removed.
