INTERVENCIONES POBLACIONALES SOBRE ENFERMEDADES CRÓNICAS NO TRANSMISIBLES EN ROSARIO, ARGENTINA

Resumen
Debido a su amplia prevalencia y tendencia creciente, las enfermedades crónicas no transmisibles (ECNT) constituyen un problema de importante magnitud social, sanitaria y económica. Su reducción está fuertemente asociada con el trabajo sobre los determinantes sociales (DS) y los factores de riesgo (FR). La promoción y prevención es fundamental para disminuir su desarrollo. Este estudio tiene como objetivo identificar y caracterizar las intervenciones poblacionales creadas entre 2000 y 2015 en Rosario (Argentina) para prevenir las ECNT. Para ello, se llevó a cabo una revisión de normativas para caracterizar las intervenciones, considerando: fecha de promulgación, nivel de formalidad, FR, DS y/o ECNT abordada, enfoque en prevención y/o promoción, sectores que participan de la intervención. Se identificaron 16 intervenciones: 12 orientadas a trabajar sobre FR y 4 sobre DS. La mayor parte de ellas se crearon entre 2008 y 2015, proponiendo un abordaje de promoción de la salud a partir del trabajo sobre FR y fueron impulsadas por el sector salud.

Devido à sua ampla prevalência e tendência crescente, doenças crônicas não transmissíveis (DCNT) são um problema de grande social, a saúde ea magnitude econômica. Sua redução está fortemente associado com o trabalho sobre os determinantes sociais (DS) e fatores de risco (FR). Promoção e prevenção são essenciais para reduzir o seu desenvolvimento. Este estudo tem como objetivo identificar e caracterizar as intervenções populacionais criados entre 2000 e 2015 em Rosario (Argentina) para preveniras DCNT. Isto requer uma revisão dos regulamentos foi realizado e as intervenções foram caracterizadas considerando: data da promulgação, nível de formalidade, FR, DS e / ou DCNT abordado, prevenção e / ou promoção de endereçamento, setores envolvidos na intervenção. Foram identificados 12 trabalho orientado nos FR e 4 nos DS de 16 intervenções. A maioria deles foram criados entre 2008 e 2015, que propõe uma abordagem à promoção da saúde do trabalho em FR e foram conduzidos pelo setor de saúde.
Abtract
Due to its wide prevalence and growing trend, chronic non communicable diseases (NCDs) are a problem of major social, health and economic magnitude. Its reduction is strongly associated with the work on social determinants (SD) and risk factors (RF). Promotion and prevention is essential to reduce their development. This study aims to identify and characterize the population interventions created between 2000 and 2015 in Rosario (Argentina) to prevent NCDs. This requires a review of regulations to characterize the interventions, considering: date of enactment, level of formality, RF, SD and / or NCDs tackled, addressing prevention and / or promotion, sectors involved in the intervention. Were identified 12 oriented work on RF and 4 out SD of 16 interventions. Most of them to be created between 2008 and 2015, proposing an approach to health promotion from work on FR and were driven by the health sector.
