ARTE E INCLUSÃO SOCIAL: UMA ANÁLISE SOBRE A IMPORTÂNCIA DE PROJETOS ARTÍSTICO-CULTURAIS NUMA ESCOLA BRASILEIRA DE ENSINO PROFISSIONAL E TECNOLÓGICO

RESUMO
O presente trabalho apresenta os resultados de uma análise sobre os impactos de três projetos artístico-culturais, desenvolvidos numa escola de ensino profissional e tecnológico, o Instituto Federal de Brasília (IFB) - Campus Planaltina. Foram analisados aspetos que contribuem para a inclusão social de dois projetos de artes visuais, oficinas de mosaico e cerâmica e, o terceiro, de performance, que engloba dança e música, denominado Brasi-caboco. Para análise dos impactos, a metodologia adotada foi mista, combinando análise documental do percurso histórico das políticas de incentivo à arte e cultura no IFB, por meio de entrevistas semiestruturadas com alguns participantes dos projetos e professor coordenador do Brasi-caboco, além da observação participante, pelo fato da autora desenvolver os projetos de artes visuais analisados. A partir das entrevistas foi possível analisar os principais benefícios proporcionados pelos projetos. Diversos fatores foram identificados, como os entraves para o desenvolvimento dos trabalhos, mas também seus principais benefícios.
ABSTRACT
This article presents the results of an analysis of the impacts of three artistic and cultural projects, developed in a professional and technological education school, the Federal Institute of Brasilia (IFB) - Campus Planaltina. Aspects contributing to social inclusion were analyzed: two visual art projects, mosaic and pottery workshops and, the a third project of performance, which includes dance and music called Brasi-caboco. To analyze the impacts of the project research design methodology was carried out by different routes, combining document analysis of the historical route of art and culture policies in the IFB; through semi-structured interviews with some project participants, managers and the coordinator teacher of Brasi-caboco, and participant observation, because the first author developed the analyzed visual art projects. From the interviews and the analysis of documents, it was possible to analyse the main benefits provided by the projects. Several factors have been identified as barriers to the development of the work, but their main benefits, too.
