RESUMO
Esta pesquisa apresenta uma discussão sobre a Educação no Sistema Socioeducativo e seus desdobramentos, explicitando a complexidade desta temática, principalmente sobre as medidas privativas e restritivas de liberdade feminina. Investigou-se a relação que as adolescentes em conflito com a lei estabeleceram com a unidade socioeducativa e como essa relação poderá contribuir para a reconstrução de suas vidas. A metodologia adotada foi à qualitativa, por meio da observação participante e de entrevistas semiestruturadas realizadas a partir dos princípios da História Oral Temática. A apreciação das entrevistas realizou-se a partir da utilização da Análise de Conteúdo Categorial. Identificou-se que o primordial para a efetividade da medida socioeducativa foi à relação estabelecida entre as adolescentes e a unidade socioeducativa, ou seja, esta relação contribuiu significativamente para o início da reconstrução da trajetória de vida delas.
ABSTRACT
This research presents a discussion about Education in the Socioeducational System and its unfolding, explaining the complexity of this subject, especially on the private and restrictive measures of female freedom.This research investigated the relationship that adolescents in conflict with the law established with the socio-educational unit and how this relationship could contribute to the reconstruction of their lives. The methodology adopted was qualitative, through participant observation and semi-structured interviews based on the principles of Oral Thematic History. The evaluation of the interviews was made using the Categorical Content Analysis. It was identified that the key to the effectiveness of the socio-educational measure was the relationship established between the adolescents and the socio-educational unit, that is, this relationship contributed significantly to the reconstruction of their life trajectory.
