The scope of the Ágora Meetings platform includes the possibility of attending meetings from a distance. The platform is a branch of the Ágora Productivity information system, which is still under development. The Ágora Meetings platform allows members of collegial bodies to view all the points and respective documentation on the agenda of the meetings, to follow all events during the meeting, to vote on the various points on the agenda, as well as to send new documentation, proposals, statements, and information. The system in question will use the Ágora Productivity base information system as support, which will be managed by those responsible for the collegiate organ, namely the president and secretary. Ágora Meetings should be supported by a videoconferencing platform to facilitate oral and visual communication between members.
