Yet another pivotal role in almost everyone's economies and Guinea-Bissau is no different from the others. These organizations in Guinea have developed rapidly almost throughout the country and have also suffered from political, economic, and social instability experienced for many years.
Unfortunately, there are still no exact data on the weight that these organizations have in the Guinean economy, however, it is public knowledge that social economy organizations are extremely important in training and guiding public and social policies, as well as in creating employment and the provision of basic services. We know that they also help to fill the gaps left by other sectors of the economy.More and more funders of projects or organizations are interested in knowing how they are being managed or how the resources allocated for the good of the community are being managed.Hence the importance, for the development of the community, of the existence of an efficient and effective organizational management practice, with measurable results. It is in this order of ideas that it is pertinent and essential to know how social economy organizations are managed in Guinea-Bissau, particularly from a strategic and operational point of view.
