ARP Case Report nº 20: What is your diagnosis?

Abstract

Patient is a 65-year-old female patient with a long history of rheumatoid arthritis. She was referred to the Radiology Department with the information of an expansive shoulderinjury, with nervous involvement and paretic left upper limb.
Radiographic images of the shoulder and elbow and CT axial and sagittal reconstructions of the shoulder are presented.
