Gastric mucinous adenocarcinoma, a rare histological subtype of gastric cancer, is characterized by the presence of calcifications which, together with other peculiarities, allows its suspicion by currently available imaging techniques. The authors describe the case of a patient with this subtype of gastric neoplasia and revise its imaging and pathophysiological characteristics.Citas
