Inverse transference of techonology: an evaluation and interpretative analysis

Abstract

After having, in a previous article on the same subject (Análise Social, n.° 75), established a delimitation of concepts, approached the main methodological issues and analysed the features of this kind of migratory flux (estimation of the total, its evolution and perspectives, professional characteristics and main origins and destinations), the author proceeds, in this second article, to the evaluation, in terms of capital, of this inverse transference of technology or resources.
