Abstract

A Obstetrícia está em constante evolução. O avanço do conhecimento médico e a inovação tecnológica permitem que as mulheres engravidem cada vez mais tarde, e que mulheres com comorbilidades graves, que antigamente não conseguiam sequer engravidar, possam levar a sua gravidez a termo.  Estes “milagres” maravilhosos, levantam sérios desafios à Anestesiologia....
