We report a case of propofol-induced priapism in a 36-year-old male. Despite being only the fourth reported case, without any identified risk factors, the frequent use of propofol in sedation and anesthesia warrants that all Anesthesiologists should be aware of this phenomenon in order to establish early diagnosis and treatment, minimizing complications associated with the surgery and patient erectile function.
