Em torno do conceito de mediação: algumas ideias de base
Abstract
The main purpose of this article is to present the concept of mediation, to define its nature and basic characteristics, particularly those related to the typologies regarding the social phenomenon subject of study.
Although in a summarized manner, one also draws upon some of the main strategies and tactics of mediation. Finally, a reference is also made to the phases that a mediation process should accomplish in order to become a successful one.
