Abstract

The third issue of Cadernos de Estudos Africanos is once again dedicated to a specific theme, that of the complex political processes currently taking place in African countries. It is not, of course, intended to deal with this vast subject in a comprehensive way, but rather to highlight some of the key issues. The texts included in this issue have two distinct origins.
