Abstract

In accordance with the epistemological and methodological guidelines of this project, which is still being defined, in this article we try to approach the political phenomenon in Cape Verde not in terms of its institutional and organic substrate (state, administration, parties, etc.), but above all as a process of articulation and interaction between social actors and the formal political system.
