Abstract
The concept of preventing and combating corruption accompanies humankind like a shadow. This has generally been the case since the dawn of time, in all activities and across the entire planet (as far as we know, for the time being, only on our planet…). The complexity of understanding this issue requires input from various sciences – necessitating a multidisciplinary approach – which must include the contribution of the legal sciences.
